Carismo - backrest

The backrest is made of flexible, durable, and resistant mesh, set on a frame made of polypropylene with 30% fiberglass, ensuring stability and even distribution of load. The back of the chair's backrest is mounted on a durable structure made of polypropylene with 30% fiberglass, whose two arms extend downwards, connecting under the seat with the mechanism and armrest components. The screws fastening the backrest to the height-adjusting part of the backrest and the lumbar part are covered by an aesthetic plastic trim.

The width of the Ergo Carismo backrest is 480 mm, and its height is 600 mm. It can be adjusted in height, together with the contoured lumbar support, using 4 detents within a 30 mm range. The ability to adjust the backrest height allows it to be adapted to the user's height, ensuring proper support for the entire spine. In the mesh backrest, there is an aesthetic plastic element measuring 170x20 mm, which defines the lumbar support. This element connects to the rear part of the frame that adjusts the height of the backrest and lumbar support.

The backrest tilt angle is adjustable from 90° to 130° and can be locked in 4 positions.

The tilt adjustment allows changing position during work, which improves circulation and reduces muscle fatigue. The adjustable lumbar support supports the natural curve of the lower spine. The ability to set its height helps prevent back pain and strain resulting from prolonged sitting.
