Virtone - backrest
The backrest is made of elastic, durable, and resistant mesh, mounted on a frame made of polypropylene with 30% fiberglass, ensuring stability and even distribution of load. The back of the backrest is mounted on a durable structure made of polypropylene with 30% fiberglass, with two arms extending downwards, connecting under the seat to the mechanism and armrest components. The screws securing the backrest to the height adjustment and lumbar section are covered by an aesthetic plastic trim.

The Ergo Virtone chair's backrest is 510 mm wide and 570 mm high. The backrest has a contoured lumbar section, with additional support provided by a perforated overlay made of polypropylene with 30% fiberglass, located behind the mesh. Its height is adjustable by means of 6 detents within a range of 40 mm. The overlay also has a depth adjustment for lumbar support, using a knob, within a range of 20 mm, thereby supporting the natural curvature of the lower spine. The ability to adjust its height and depth helps prevent back pain and strain resulting from prolonged sitting.
The backrest tilt angle is adjustable from 90° to 140° and can be locked in 4 positions.
The tilt adjustment allows for changing position during work, which improves circulation and reduces muscle fatigue. The adjustable lumbar support supports the natural curvature of the lower spine. The ability to adjust its height helps prevent back pain and strain resulting from prolonged sitting.
