Virtone - seat
The ergonomically profiled seat is made of high-quality cast polyurethane foam (polyurethane foaming technology in molds) with a density of 55 kg/m³ and a thickness of 69 mm, covered with durable and resistant upholstery. The high-temperature foam molding process and the use of flexible material guarantee a uniform structure without voids, which translates into high durability and resistance to deformation. The foam does not require the use of glue or formaldehyde, making it safe for health and environmentally friendly. The underside of the seat is a cover made of polypropylene with 25% fiberglass, with a thickness of 3.1 mm, making it resistant to deformation.
The seat has a rounded front edge to reduce pressure on the thigh muscles and prevent numbness in the lower limbs when maintaining a forward-leaning body position (e.g., when writing by hand).

The seat width is 510 mm, with armrests 700 mm, and the depth is 510 mm. The seat height adjustment in the range of 500-600 mm is carried out using a handle located just under the seat on the right side of the person sitting. This adjustment allows the feet to be placed stably on the floor, while maintaining an angle of approximately 90° at the knees. This is the basis of an ergonomic position that supports proper circulation and reduces strain on the lower back. It also prevents nerve compression, muscle tension, and numbness in the legs and buttocks.

The seat also adjusts in depth by 45 mm using a handle located under the seat on the left side of the seated person, which allows for easy and ergonomic adjustment of the chair to the user. This adjustment allows the chair to be adapted to the user's thigh length. The appropriate distance between the edge of the seat and the knees prevents compression of blood vessels and improves sitting comfort. The seat combines excellent functionality with an ergonomic form, ensuring high sitting comfort even during long periods of work.
